Mrs. Eva Joyce, Special Educator

I am very excited to be a part of the Warren Elementary family as a special educator. I have been teaching in Baltimore County since 1994 and have served in various roles such as 2nd grade teacher, 3rd grade teacher, 4th grade teacher, 5th grade teacher, technology integration teacher, and S.T.A.T. teacher. I have a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and Master of Arts degree, with a concentration in Leadership in Curriculum & Instruction with an endorsement of Administration I on my Advanced Teaching Certificate. I am also certified in the area of Special Education. Although I have been in several leadership roles, my heart's passion is teaching and I am eager and excited to work in the classroom with students for yet another year. I look forward to helping my students this year gain a love of learning!!! On the personal side, I am a wife (of a BCPS middle school math teacher) and a mother of four. I coach my daughter's lacrosse team and love to run in my spare time. My favorite thing to do, aside from teaching, is to fellowship with friends and family over a good meal or around a fire pit.

Mrs. Kathleen Harmon, STAT Teacher

I am honored and very lucky to be a part of the Warren faculty! My teaching career began in 1995 at Pine Grove Elementary teaching first grade. After taking time off when my two children, Patrick and Anna were born I returned to BCPS in a different capacity by supporting learning and student success at home as part of the Office of Professional Development staff. At this time I acquired a Masters in Reading from Goucher College. A few years later I went back in the classroom part time to teach fourth grade at Villa Cresta Elementary. Next, I accepted the Technology Integration teacher position also at Villa Cresta. During this time I earned a second Masters in Educational Technology from Towson University. This is my fourth year at Warren Elementary and look forward to inspiring, connecting and engaging teachers and students both in and out of the classroom!

Mrs. Laura Sherline, Guidance Counselor

This is my 12th very happy year as the school
counselor at Warren Elementary. This is such a warm and caring community, and I
can honestly say I adore our students, parents and staff. It is a pleasure to
be here. I have been a school counselor in Baltimore County for 19 years now. I
have 6 years of experience in private practice, as an individual and family
therapist. I am a certified school counselor and an LCPC, Licensed Clinical Professional
Counselor, with professional memberships with BCACD, Baltimore County

I love yoga, hiking, biking, swimming and cross-country skiing,
and I especially love to read. I have a background in theatre and I enjoy
infusing these skills into my classroom lessons. I grew up in Baltimore county
schools, and I am the proud stepmom of a great boy and girl! Also, I really
love dolphins and the ocean!
