Resource Teachers

Mrs. Eva Joyce, Special Educator

This is my 4th year at Warren Elementary School. I have been one of lucky special education teachers here for the past three years. This is my 25th year teaching in the Baltimore County Public School system. I have taught 2nd through 5th grades, and served as a Technology Integration Teacher and S.T.A.T Teacher. I hold an advanced teaching certificate in grades K-8, including Administration 1 and endorsements in Reading & Special Education.  I earned my undergraduate degree in Elementary Education at Towson University and my master’s degree, in the area of Leadership in Curriculum & Instruction, at Loyola University Maryland.

My husband, Mark, and I have been married for 20 years. We have 4 beautiful children – Jade (age 19), Tatum (age 16), Charli (age 11) and Deklan (age 6). In my spare time (if there is such a thing), I enjoy running, spending time with friends, being at the beach, and coaching my daughter’s lacrosse team

Mrs. Argiriadi, Reading Specialist

Hi, my name is Stacy Argiriadi and I have had the pleasure of teaching at Warren Elementary for the past 13 years. I graduated from St. Mary's College and received my Masters in Reading from Towson University. I also received my Administrative Certificate from Goucher College. In years past, I have taught second, fourth, and fifth grade. I now serve as our school's reading specialist. I love everything about my job - my content, colleagues, and students!

In my free time, I like to read historical fiction, especially at the beach. I also love to run races and work out with Mrs. Cline. My favorite place is anywhere with my family. My husband and I are blessed to be the parents of twins!

Mrs. Kathleen Harmon, STAT Teacher

Mrs. Harmon

I am honored and very lucky to be a part of the Warren faculty! My teaching career began in 1995 at Pine Grove Elementary teaching first grade. After taking time off when my two children, Patrick and Anna were born I returned to BCPS in a different capacity by supporting learning and student success at home as part of the Office of Professional Development staff. At this time I acquired a Masters in Reading from Goucher College. A few years later I went back in the classroom part time to teach fourth grade at Villa Cresta Elementary. Next, I accepted the Technology Integration teacher position also at Villa Cresta. During this time I earned a second Masters in Educational Technology from Towson University. This is my fifth year at Warren Elementary and look forward to inspiring, connecting and engaging teachers and students both in and out of the classroom!

 Mr. Joel Dager, ESOL Teacher

Joel Dager

I graduated from Cairn University with my degree in Elementary Education and started teaching in Pennsylvania before moving to Maryland in 2009. I live with my wife, Kara, and son, Landon, in Harford County. When I am not teaching, I love watching and playing sports! I have closely followed all of the Philadelphia sports teams for as long as I can remember. I also love reading a great book and spending time with my family.

Mrs. Laura Sherline, Guidance Counselor

Mrs. Sherline

This is my 12th very happy year as the school counselor at Warren Elementary. This is such a warm and caring community, and I can honestly say I adore our students, parents and staff. It is a pleasure to be here. I have been a school counselor in Baltimore County for 19 years now. I have 6 years of experience in private practice, as an individual and family therapist. I am a certified school counselor and an LCPC, Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, with professional memberships with BCACD, Baltimore County Association of Counseling and Development and the Maryland Association of Counseling and Development, MACD.

I love yoga, hiking, biking, swimming and cross-country skiing, and I especially love to read. I have a background in theatre and I enjoy infusing these skills into my classroom lessons. I grew up in Baltimore county schools, and I am the proud stepmom of a great boy and girl! Also, I really love dolphins and the ocean!

Mrs. Kate Schmick, Speech Pathologist

I have been the speech pathologist at Warren for 4 years and love working with children on their speech and language development. Additionally, I work in the hospital setting with adult patients. I received my undergraduate degree from James Madison University and my graduate degree in Speech Language Pathology from George Washington University in 2009. Outside of school, I enjoy spending time in the outdoors with my husband, three children, and our sweet dog, Grits.
