Mrs. Cindy Bands

Cindy Bands

I have been teaching at Warren since 2005 and have enjoyed getting to know so many Warren families. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education from Towson University and a Master’s degree in Educational Technology from Johns Hopkins University. I have taught everything from Pre-k through third grade as well as technology integration, but have spent most of my career teaching pre-k and kindergarten.

My husband and I have two daughters. One is a high school French teacher, and one is structural engineer. We also have a brand new granddaughter.

Mrs. Symran Dore

I have taught first and second grade in Baltimore County for eight years.  I have a Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education from Towson University as well as a Masters degree in Reading from Towson.  After being at home raising my own children for several years, I am thrilled to be at Warren for the third year as part of the  pre-k team as the para educator.

My husband, John, and I have three children: Samantha(15),Josh(12), and Faith(10).  We have a dog(Bailey) and two cats(Trio and Alois).

We keep busy with lots of sports and activities!

 Mrs. Kitty Fowler

This is my 2nd year as the Pre-K assistant and I love working with Mrs. Bands and Mrs. Dore.  I have been a parent at Warren for 8 years -- my boys are still students here and my daughter is at Cockeysville Middle School.  I am active in the PTA and prior to working in Pre-K, I loved volunteering at the school.  I love spending time at the beach, coaching lacrosse and cheering on my kids in their many sports!
